- Heal your team mates or yourself
- Using First Aid creates Medic Ribbon progress
- One First Aid kit heals 80 hit point (80% health increase)
- 5½ seconds  to heal
- Point at team mate to heal them
- When you have a Kit or Pouch in your hand a health bar will appear above other players, similar to the bar above vehicles.
 
- First Aid Kit one use (one equipment point)
- Tactical ribbon grade 5 unlocks beginning First Aid kit
- Medic Pouch three uses (two equipment points)
- Medic Bag (later) 5-6 uses
- Medic ribbon grade 6 unlocks the Medic Pouch
- Medic Supply Crates used to resupply the Kit, Pouch, and Bag
 

- Three new combat badges unlock with Medic Ribbon progress

+ Silver - 50% faster
