This is a video by Bluedrake42 that was posted a day ago. Of the newest updated version of squad. now it is 2 hours long. So skip through it a little. Some of the newest features ive seen is the fatigue bar(and is still being tweaked). And they adjusted the view through sniper scopes(Which is not done), along with a new map they added in and it is amazing!(And coming along nicely) They haven't added in prone yet but soon to come. Also they have confirmed that weapons resting is soon to come........Two more things you actually have to build stuff with the shovel. And they added in the svd sniper rifle to the insurgent side.So good stuff is coming! And the bad thing is patience!.....I don't want to wait any longer! GIVE...ME....GAME....NOW!

There is a new system for randomizing buildings and other static in-game items at the beginning of the match. This will greatly increase the variety each round and encourages players to adapt to new tactical situations. For one match there could be an open alley and the next there could be a dead end.

The developpment team has begun a partnership with Simul and initial integration of unique weather, lighting, and volumetric clouds; courtesy of Truesky.

In order to discourage lone wolf behavior and to encourage the formation of bigger squads:

• Special/limited kits become available once a minimum amount of players are present in your squad.
• Some of the kits are now team restricted and scale with server (team) population. Meaning that not all squads will have the possibility of having a specialized kit.
• There is a maximum number of "special" kits for all the squads
• A limit of 4 enhanced weapon kits per squad. These are your Light Machine Guns, Light Anti Tank and Grenadier slots.
• When you leave a squad with any kind of special kit, you will immediately change kits to a "recruit" kit, that only has a basic weapon, bandages, and a shovel. Number of bandages and ammo is transferred from the kit you came from.

MARKSMAN is a team restricted kit:
• Minimum 5 players in the squad
• Minimum 10 players on your team. For every additional 10 players on your team, another Marksman kit is available.

MEDIC
• Minimum 2 players in a squad
• Kit limit is upped to 2 medics per squad when there are 6 players

GRENADIER, LAT, LMG, & RIFLEMAN ACOG
• Minimum 4 players in a squad
• Kit limit is upped to 2 of these classes per squad when there are 8 players

The end of Pre-Purchasing for Squad is Midnight PST, November 30th 2015. This will be your last chance to purchase the game at a discounted rate. Squad will launch on Steam Early Access on December 15, 2015 retailing at $39.99.

- AAS has been updated with a change to gameplay to encourage control of flag objectives. There is an increase in the ticket bleed based on the number of flags owned. Capturing a flag also grants the capturing team added tickets. A protection sphere has been added around each teams main base to prevent enemy bullets and players from entering

- Server browser has added sorting by column.

- AMD based hardware fixes have been added

- Your player icon on the map now slowly pulses to allow you to easily find your own position.
- Jumping allows smoother traversal of walls with less stamina cost while still stopping bunny-hopping.
- Adding tunnel networks
- Working on a 'Door' system which allows players to open, close, breach, and even lock.

Something is wrong with the SQUAD February Update. It looks like a hacker has hit their webpage.

I removed the link.

The suspicious aspect of the webpage:
It looked like some kind of webcam download.

I revisit at a later date to transfer the boiled down version of the news release.
