FiveM is a modification for Grand Theft Auto V 
enabling you to play multiplayer on customized 
dedicated servers.

 

From a desolate zombie apocalypse to CTF to deathmatch to dedicated racing servers. The sky is the limit. 

 

I checked out some of the servers on their website. There are over one thousand and 10s of thousands of players. I now know why GTA Online seems so sparcly populated lately.
