The whisper list is a function within team speak which allows you to speak to certain people without everyone else on the channel hearing, therefore stopping confusion due too to many people speaking at once. Also a great tool if you are using multiple squads and want the leaders/ commander to be able to talk to each other.
Here is a basic guide explaining how to set up a whisper list:

    • Start up team speak and connect to server
    • On the top menu bar select the 'tools' option, then select whisper lists
    • The whisper list set up will appear in a new window
    • Select 'New' on the lower left of the window
    • A Grey box will appear asking you to select a push to talk key for you whisper list. IMPORTANT: You must not use the same key as you use for normal team peak. I for example use mouse 3 for TS and mouse 4 for my whisper list.
    • Once you have selected you key all the options in the rest of the window should become available (they were grayed out before)
    • To start adding people to your list, simply go to the right hand box and click on the TS server you are on e.g. '=SWF= Spartan War Fighters' the select clients.
    • This will list all users currently on the TS server, then just drag and drop the users you wish to have in your list into the middle box.
    • Once you have all the users on you list press apply and then OK to complete. Now when you talk using your whisper list the blue circle before your name will glow RED for whisper list speech instead of glowing BLUE as it does for normal TS speech. Also each person on your whisper will get a little red dot at the end of their name so you don't forget who can hear you.
