I will NOT be purchasing this game, if I want to play a quality WW1 game I will play Verdun, end of story.

Not all bullets are created equal, and the most expensive bullets with the best packaging are usually gimmick rounds.

Won't be going over the top on this one.
I see EA losing their shirt on this one.

The game play looks like most of the FPS shooters out there. COD, MOH, All the BF since BF2, and H&G. Spawn, run, shoot, die, respawn, repeat every 30 seconds. That appeals to a lot of people but not me.

I like being able to fight in the same game with other Spartans. Having said that, there have been some challenging matches when some of us have joined the same battle in Heroes and Generals (H&G).

In PlanetSide 2 (PS2), I really enjoyed the Lightening Skyguard anti-aircraft gameplay. I got a real sense of satisfaction paying back all the one-sided deaths by aircraft in BF2. I shot down a lot of aircraft in PS2.

What I really like is the tanking in H&G. It is not as good as in Battlefield 2 (BF2), but it is far better than World of Tanks and BF3.

As for Battlefield 1, not a cent will be gifted from me.

I am commited to not buying this game.
BF4 was final straw for me.

I too am committed to not gifting money to Patrick Bach (Patty Back) and Alan Kertz (Kertz the Clown) the swindler developers at EA/DICE.

The year-long mountain of lies leading up to the release of BF3 was final straw for me. EA/DICE discarded their decade-long fans to embrace someone else's customers. EA/DICE has chosen a path to cater to casual kiddies and I want nothing to do with it.

I'm happy to stick with H&G. IMO it is as good as the old BF games (yes, even BF2)!

Am I 'bovvered' about BF WW1? No.

So after trying the open beta. I will be picking this game up. Sure their are some downsides to the game. Just like every other game out. But they have brought back some features from the bad company series. Iwazzio has Pre-ordered it already. And i am seriously thinking about it either way im picking it up. tons of never ending fun. And way more entertaining then H&G.(Which anyone that has been around me knows. I cant stand that game. And will not waste another min. of my free time on it.) As much as i hate EA. I think they actually did a half way decent job on it. And is way better then BF3 and 4.
