He is scared of him.

Too many examples of the body & facial language and eye contact. Here is just one:

Oh yeah you can tell. I hate to say this. But my opinion is our president is a chump. Lets everyone walk all over us. And lets them get away with it. And Putin completely knows he can do whatever he wants with this guy in office. obvious look at his actions. Ever since Obama took office. But you know "The cold war ended 20 years ago". Romney was right all along.

POTUS Obama is a coward.

I will say this given the choice to hang out with a world leader I would choose Putin out of all of them.
