What the Director of the FBI did before congress was unethical. Comey is a political stooge. The Director is likely attempting to save his own neck. Congress is not completely inept as many of them are lawyers. They know Comey was attempting to close a red hot case with more than ample evidence. He may also be hedging his bets with the possibility of a Trump Victory. Comey may get a lighter prison sentence.

FBI Director is a coward he should have resigned the first time. That would have sent a message.I agree he is trying to save his ass.

I hope Trump fires him.

My theory on the emails. Weiner probably had child porn on his computer. So he sold out his soon to be ex Huma to get a favorable sentence. Lock the whole lot of them up.

Notice how Wolf interrupts frequently, attempts to dilute the message, and discredit Mr. Giuliani.

Classified information is not always marked. Non classified information can also be considered "sensitive" and is not to be disclosed in the interest of national security. Anyone who has signed a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) SHALL be brought up on charges for releasing or mishandling any of these types of information. It is spelled out in the first paragraph on an NDA what is sonsidered information that the signee can and will be brought up on charges for.

Here is her NDA from 2009.

Before a person gets a security clearance and has never been around classified information, there is a possibility of mishandling. After you go through the initial training and required refresher training, highly unlikely these types of 'mistakes' could occur. Thirty plus years at the highest levels of government, not a chance. She knew exactly what she was doing and she clearly ordered someone or multiple people to strip the classification markings off of documents. Someone moved the classified information from a classified system to her basement server/s.

Heads should roll...
