Well I just can't improve my time in the Ferrari
I found it very hard to keep on the track and also tried the other two cars with the same result!

I don't know how you guys got those times!

Anyway, looking forward to the next challenge

This marks the end of the supercar challenge. I decided not to black out any times so everyone can see the difference across the board.

  

In the McLaren, me...

In the Ferrari are Viper and Wobbly...

In the Prosche are Fraz and Al...

Wow, good times guys!

I just could not get to grips with any of those cars! It was the braking I was struggling with mainly.

I hope I will be able to compete more in the next challenge

So, the official top 3 (taken from Taz's post):

Taz............McLaren P1...............1:49:664
Viper.........Ferrari LaFerrari..........1:49:804
Fraz...........Porsche 918...............1:50:514

Those were really close times between three different cars, the best cars these manufacturers have made so far. Even as a massive Porsche fan I've got to say the 918 was my least favorite of the trio. Still, all of them are great cars.


And for the next challenge. I'm thinking of something much slower on a moderately short track. Maybe the Alfa Romeo GTA? Fiat 595 SS? BMW M3 E30 DTM? Throw in some suggestions.

How about the Lotus type 49? not driven it much but feels quite immersive to drive. Am happy to purchase if you want to choose any of the DLC cars. As for tracks is the Nurburgring-GP ok seems twisty??

The Lotus is a 60s race car so it can be a bit tricky to drive, but it's fun. Very different from the modern cars with lots of electronics. Nurburgring GP is a great track. I'm fine with this combination.

Wow, this really is a tricky car to drive. The brakes lock up very easily and it's easy to spin. After many spins and restarts, I got my lap time down to 2:08. Viper was 2 seconds slower and Wobbly was about 10 seconds slower. Will Taz and Fraz fly past us with unbeatable lap times? Will the Englishmen pick up the pace and show us how to drive a Lotus properly?

Just got my nose in front (for now). Very twitchy out of the corners and wheels locking up under braking! But we knew it was going to be tough!

I bet there are table fans that spin less than I do with the Lotus. After spinning around the track I got my lap time just a bit under 2:08. Both Viper and Wobbly are slightly more than a second away in front of me. I know I could theoretically cut a second away, but not today. Taz and Fraz are missing from the leaderboards, but there's still plenty of time to post a qualifying lap time.
