Hi Boys, I'm up for a bit of friendly racing on AC. Let me know when and I'll fit it in :)

I've got no preference for car, the M3 E30 is nice, but so are others.

You guys game online more than me, so I'll try to fit in whatever you're doing and I'll check the forum a bit more.

Cheers, Hugo

For some reason I tried to get on tonight and no-one else lap times are up on the friends leaderboard for me??!!

I'm using the Lotus 2 Eleven GT4 at the full length Vallunga Circuit. Can anybody see my time?

Hello, If you put me in BF4 i'd be hopeless, racing is my thing. I've been racing competition karts (125cc) for 20 odd years so I accept that a good bit of kit (wheel and seat) adds massivly to the immersion. When you really belive your in a car, in the right seating position, It means that extra step between what the head thinks and input to the controllers. I can't use game pads. never have. Viper has had a go on my setup when I brought it into work and although it would take a good hour to get used to he was definitley getting to grips with it. La Ferrari has caused me more grief than the other cars weve tried so far. I did find a setup that seems to help. I'll try to work out how to post it up....

This sounds fun boys. I know Spa very well, but I've never tried with La Ferrari :)

Alright crew,happy new year.

I've been doing a fair bit of on-line stuff recently - at Spa and Imola mainly. I haven't used the RUF so-far, but am going to run it round Mugello in default setup mode to see what happens.

Thanks for the welcome :)

I agree with the H-Shifter, I used to have a G25 before the T500 and I'm hoping Santa might bring me an H-shifter add-on for Xmas as I do misss it. The other irritating thing with the T500 (and the reason I got the Ferrari add-on wheel), is that the flappy paddle gear changers on the standard T500 set-up dont move with the wheel which can mean changing up a gear instead of changing down when the wheel is locked over at 180 degrees. Thankfully, the shifters are attached to the wheel on the F1 add-on and rotate properly. The pedals are great and I have applied the mod. I've had this T500 for about a year now and it's lucky that I bought at discount time. Good work with the G27, it's and awesome and rock-solid bit of kit.

I'll have a reset of the laptime and see if I can make the car go quicker, it seems as though very smooth driving and carrying as much speed through the corners as possible is the way to go to counter-act the lack of power.

All the best :)

Alright Boys,

Thanks for the invite to join the group and forum. As Mad Viper has suggested, I have mainly built my PC's to coincide with new racing games and I include a piccy of my rig. It's a Thrustmaster T500 RS with Ferrari F1 wheel add-on with a Playseat. The PC is an i5 4670K @4.2Ghz with GTX770 graphics. I normally use the big TV as a screen but I been using the small one recently while using the M3 E30 S1.

The lap time I did was a one off and I haven't got within 0.5 seconds of it again since.
